Far-left, anti-Trump actor Robert De Niro was yelled at by members of the crowd on Tuesday as he spoke outside the Manhattan courthouse where former President Donald Trump’s trial is taking place.
De Niro’s speech was part of the Biden campaign’s ploy to capitalize on the legal war against the former president.
Angry roars were heard from the crowd around De Niro as he took the stage, and instead of reading a statement, he appeared to respond to the crowd’s dissatisfaction with his partisan rhetoric.
“Fuck you,” one man yelled audibly.
The criticism of the actor continued: De Niro began to speak, but then seemed distracted by what the critics were saying and began rambling on incoherently.
“This is really, I mean, people here are kind of, kind of crazy,” De Niro said of the screaming. “Donald Trump created this.”
“He should tell the crowd not to do that,” De Niro said of the crowd. “He wants to create total chaos.”
