A 10-month-old baby girl went missing in New Mexico, and her mother and another woman were found dead with apparent gunshot wounds.
According to New Mexico State Police, an Amber Alert has been issued for Eleia Maria Torres. She is 28 inches tall, weighs 23 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair.
The Clovis Police Department responded to Ned Hawk Park in the 700 block of County Road 17 near Clovis on Friday around 4:30 p.m. When officers arrived, they found two deceased women, identified as 23-year-old Samantha Cisneros and 23-year-old Taryn Allen, lying on the ground near a silver minivan, KCBD said.

Cisneros’ daughter, a 5-year-old girl, was also found nearby with head injuries, police said. She was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Officers found an infant car seat, a stroller and a small baby bottle at the scene and began searching for the child, believing the infant may have been present during the crime.

After speaking with the family, officers learned that Cisneros was the mother of the injured 5-year-old girl and 10-month-old Eleia. Police believe the culprit is the same person who kidnapped Eleia.
Police said they do not have any suspects but believe the suspect may have left in a maroon Honda.
This incident is still under investigation.
