“100 MILLION DOLLARS IS GONE” – Trump Speaks Out About “FIREAID”

Concerns Arise Over Fireaid Concert Funds

A recent benefit concert for California wildfire victims managed to raise over $100 million, featuring performances from well-known artists. Yet, many victims are now left questioning the whereabouts of that money.

Reports indicate that individuals who were affected by the wildfires are expressing confusion about how the funds are being allocated. For instance, David Howard, who lost two homes in the Pallisard area, mentioned, “I’m not profiting from Fireaid’s money. I’m very involved here and I have no neighbors.” This sentiment reflects a growing unease among the victims regarding the funding’s distribution.

During the five-hour concert, well-known performers like Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and others presented emotional stories from victims in Altadena and those impacted by the Palisades Fire. Mark Jones, a resident of Altadena, shared his struggle after losing his home, saying, “My house is gone.” He expressed disappointment, stating he had expected some assistance to come but nothing has materialized. When asked if he thought he would receive any of the raised funds, Jones replied, “I did, and I’m sure many in Altadena felt the same. The assistance was meant for us. So where is our money?”

Former President Donald Trump weighed in on the situation through Truth Social, criticizing the concert as “a complete disaster” and suggesting it may be a scam. He expressed disbelief over the missing funds meant for wildfire victims, also commenting on broader issues related to water conservation in California and delays in rebuilding efforts.

As the conversation continues, victims are hoping for clarity and accountability regarding the funds that were supposed to aid them in their recovery.
