Russian President Vladimir Putin is a bad guy and a gangster. And the idea of rewarding the bad guys with much less territory in Ukraine doesn't sit with me.
Ever since this war began three years ago, I have been hoping that Ukrainian President Voldimia Zelensky would send home a gangster humiliated with his bloody nose. But it didn't happen, and at this point I'm going to happen.
So what now? What are we doing now in the face of this reality?

What we hear from neoconservative Ukrainian War fans and fellow Ukrainian War fans on the left wing of rabies, they want the same thing.
First, let's define “more the same.”
More war. More death. We fear that a hopeless Putin will become the core. Billions of US dollars have been poured into wars that cannot be won.
“More than that” doesn't make sense to me. And after 20 years of crazy years in Iraq and Afghanistan, that doesn't make any sense to me in particular.

I get all the nuances. It provides geopolitical strategies. I also know Putin has his reasons. I know Putin has some valid concerns, but no one has tested the start of the war. He wants to drain Putin's economy to the point where he overthrows. You are sending a message about intruding your allies.
I'll get it all. i will do it. But after three bloody, expensive and wasted years, I have a question for those who want “more same” starting with these…
- What is your definition of victory?
- What is your winning strategy?
- When will this victory be achieved?
- We are already three years from now. Looking at a map of round-trip profits and losses in Ukraine's territory, we recall the Trench war during World War I. War of Inch. If nothing has changed, how long would you be willing to request this to continue? Please give me a time limit. Five more years? Another 10 years? Please let me know when you say this war has lasted too long.
- How much money should the United States spend on this war? We are already around $200 billion, and many of that have not been explained. Please tell me which dollar amount is too much for you.
- What are the drawbacks of the peace agreement?

- Why is it really okay to ban 11 opposition parties and cancel the presidential election? War is no excuse. Abraham Lincoln stood for reelection in the midst of a much worse situation: the civil war. Lincoln also believed he would lose. Do we have to destroy democracy to save it?
- If Trump is so Proputin, why doesn't he take our support from Ukraine and leave? Enjoy your war, companions. Instead, he puts his political capital at risk to get a peace deal.
- When did y'all, especially those on the left, begin to oppose the pursuit of peace?
Say what you want about Trump, he makes his argument as to why this war must now end in a peace deal.
All I've heard from the other side is the “more same” version and the “same” version.
