On August 29, 2024, more than 1,000 people gathered at a Christian revival event in Texas, where people are giving thanks to God.
In a social media post, New Life Church pastors Michael and Bonnie Fehlauer highlighted the gathering, which was hosted by the church's New Life Young Adults group.

Social media users were quick to react to the news, with one person saying: writeWhile I was saying, “Thank you, Jesus,” said“I'm sitting here looking at these pictures and crying! Oh Father, please move this campus! Thank you New Life for loving and serving! What a beautiful sight!”
Tarik Whitmore, pastor of New Life Young Adult Church, said the message during the event was about Isaiah chapter 6, which speaks of the “confidence, purification and commission that comes after a true encounter with God.”
“This was followed by testimonies from students and former students sharing how God has saved them, delivered them, healed their bodies and is now using them to change the lives of others,” he said.

Similar incidents have occurred across the country: A pastor in Jacksonville, Florida, gave all the glory to God when he baptized 1,000 people on a local beach, Breitbart News reported in May.
