The body was discovered on the side of a country road by a mechanic/equipment operator on a property approximately 400 meters from the Putnam County line. The man said he noticed an unusual pile of dirt, which led to the discovery.

“The location of the pile made no sense because there's no road through it. There's no drainage through it,” Rush said.
