A young girl, just 11 and 13, has been arrested for brutally assaulting a woman outside the Union Station in Washington, DC. WRC-TV reportedQuote the police.
The WRC, citing DC police, noted that social media videos showed a group of women repeatedly punched and kicked the women after they left the station.
“In our city, there is absolutely zero tolerance to this behavior. To hurt our community in this way will lead to your arrest and prosecution, regardless of your age.
Additionally, the girl recorded the attack and encouraged other suspects to continue the attack, police told WRC.

The station said none of the victims of the attack were seriously injured, police told WRC.
According to DC police, authorities learned about the video of the attack circulating on social media on Wednesday and later discovered that the attack on Union Station was one of the attacks posted online, WRC said. Ta.

Detectives identified the two girls and arrested them Thursday, police told WRC.

The station said police were not providing information about possible motives for the attack, or that the girl knew of the victim of the attack.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about the assault to call 202-727-9099 or text 50411 with tips, WRC added. Police are offering rewards of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and prosecution of the responsible person.
