2 Guatemalans Busted in Massive Human Smuggling Ring

A pair of Guatemalan men who allegedly ran one of the largest human smuggling rings in the United States, was taken into custody in Los Angeles, California.

The arrest came Friday when federal agents grabbed suspects identified as Eduardo Domingo Renozi Matur, Cristobal Mezia Charge and Fox News. It has been reported on monday.

The man has been accused of moving 20,000 illegal immigrants from his country to the United States over the past few years.

In a statement after the arrest, lawyer Joseph McNally said such criminal organizations do not consider lives and their operations would kill people.

He added: “The indictment and arrests here have dismantled one of the nation's largest and most dangerous smuggling organizations. The job saved lives and members of the organization will now face serious consequences.”

The judge ordered both to be detained without detention, and Fox's report said if they are convicted in the case, “each of which could face the death penalty.”

The news comes after President Donald Trump's administration began investigating the dangerous lack of vetting when he became immigrant children while former President Joe Biden (D) took office. The Biden administration clearly left thousands of children vulnerable to illegal labor and sex trafficking exploitation, Breitbart News reported.

“The Trump administration is making major changes to the process to ensure the safety of its personnel,” the outlet said.

According to a recent Fox article, authorities have charged two additional men in a human smuggling case. One was identified as Jose Paxtor-Oxlaj. He is currently in prison for his connection to a car accident that killed seven immigrants.

The other man was identified as Helmer Obispo Hernandez. He is reportedly a “Chuo EU” who works in a smuggling ring. image show Obispo-Hernandez:

“Obispo Hernandez remains massive and faces additional charges for threatening to cut off the head of the Homeland Security Agent who served as a search warrant at his home on Friday,” the Fox article said.

Lino Matul was the leader of the organization and reportedly worked with others in Guatemala to bring immigrants to the US for over $18,000. However, immigrants were asked to pay for a second time when they arrived to move to numerous regions around the country.

Immigrants who were unable to pay or were reportedly held hostage at their Los Angeles residence.

In February, 8,326 immigrants were recorded at the US-Mexican border, Breitbart News reported on Saturday. In a social media post about numbers, President Trump wrote:

My first month in office in February saw the lowest number of illegal immigrants in history trying to enter our country. Only 8,326 illegals were illegal by the US Border Patrol. At the Mexican border, everyone was quickly evicted from our country. This means that a very few people have come – our country's invasion is over.

Trump noted that under Biden, 300,000 illegal foreigners have crossed the border in a month, and “almost all have been released to our country.”

“Thanks to the Trump administration's policies, the borders are closed to all illegal immigrants. Anyone who attempts to enter the United States illegally will face serious criminal penalties and immediate deportation,” he concluded.
