Two Israeli businessmen were found killed several hours apart at their home in the same area of Los Angeles on Saturday. One was tied up and died, while the other was identified as a brother to a prison guard in the Jewish state.
There is no obvious connection between the two murders, but both occurred in the San Fernando Valley, inside the victim's home.
Police said the murder of Alexander Model Budez, 47, was particularly vicious.
Three attackers broke into ModeBadze's home, captured him for hours and beat him to death by making a savage attack, police said in a statement.

Police later arrested and charged three Georgian nationals with murder: Pata Kochiashvili, Zaza Outrashvili and Bashki Kutshishvili.
They are held on $2 million bail.
Later that day, police officers spotted another murdered Israeli businessman in the San Fernando Valley: Meni Hydra, the brother of the guard at the Israeli Nitzan prison; Reported by Jewish Journal.
Police have made little details about the crime, including how he was killed, but they have released photos of the possible suspects: Hispanic men aged 30-40.
