Hagerty concluded that Democrats voted against a measure to stop counting illegals in the census for “power” purposes, and said he spoke with ranchers during a recent visit to the Del Rio area on the Texas border. Hagerty detailed the incident, saying the rancher found 15 Syrians on the property, all men of military age.
“They weren’t passing through a port of entry to turn themselves in for asylum, no. They’re on his property,” he said of another story relayed by a rancher.
One morning, the rancher’s wife woke him up because she heard a noise in the kitchen.
“He stood up and said he had a gun strapped to his waist,” Hagerty said. “There were 20 men in the kitchen and he ate everything in the refrigerator.” He added that he told her to leave. “They slowly walked out the door.”

He said. “This person is an American who has lived there for five generations. And when he called the police and talked to the sheriff and Border Patrol, their advice was, ‘Either you’re armed or you’re unarmed. Please do not allow children aged 12 and 18 on the premises.” who.
“This is what the Biden administration has been doing to people who are trying to live, to Americans who are trying to live in Texas, near the border. It’s an absolute travesty,” he said. “They found two men who were grappled with gunshot wounds to the head.”

“A drug deal went wrong. This is happening on his property,” he said, noting that the rancher also has stories of human trafficking involving young girls.
“But it’s just shocking. It’s just horrifying. And the fact is that this administration is willing to tolerate all of this so it can once again maintain and expand its power in Congress and the Electoral College.” added the senator.
