2024 F1 pre-season testing driver lineup

In a few hours, the 2024 F1 season will begin, with all 10 teams scheduled to take part in pre-season testing. Starting on Wednesday morning at the Bahrain International Circuit, where the first race of the season will be held, F1 teams will take on 2024 challengers and gather vital data for the upcoming season.

All 10 teams have now confirmed their driver lineups for the coming days.

All 20 F1 drivers will be in action over the next three days as none of the teams will use reserve drivers during testing. The majority of teams will use both drivers on each day, but some teams, such as Red Bull, Mercedes and Williams, will use a dedicated driver for the full day of testing. Defending drivers’ champion Max Verstappen, for example, will have the RB20 to himself all Wednesday.

Ferrari has only announced the schedule for the first day, with Charles Leclerc taking part in the morning session and Carlos Sainz Jr. taking part in the afternoon session.
