2024 Olympics: Round 4 tee times, will Rose Zhang, Team USA medal at all in Paris?

There are 18 holes left to decide the gold, silver and bronze medalists in the women’s golf competition at the 2024 Olympics.

Team USA has Rose Chang in the final group with Switzerland’s Megane Metrau and Lydia Ko, who shot an impressive five-under 67 to finish two strokes behind them at seven under par, while Ko and Metrau are in the lead at nine under par.

The New Zealander won a silver medal at the 2016 Rio Games and a bronze medal at the 2021 Tokyo Games, and is aiming for her third medal.

Nelly Korda is tied for seventh place after shooting a 2-under 70 on Friday. She is five strokes back at 4-under overall. It’s hard to imagine the 14-time LPGA winner can defend her gold medal, but the world number one ranked player shouldn’t be taken lightly. Meanwhile, Lilia Vu shot a 4-over 76 and is out of medal contention.

Hannah Green of Australia moved up 19 places on the rankings after finishing with the lowest score of the day, a 6-under 66. She is 3 under for the tournament, so a podium finish may be out of the question.

Canada’s Brooke Henderson also had a strong day on Friday, shooting a five-under 67 to move up to 17th in the rankings.

Paris is six hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, so let’s take a look at the tee times for the fourth round.

It will be interesting to see who will make it onto the podium in the women’s golf competition: will Zhang’s experience at Le Golf National pay off, or will Ke finally win the gold medal?
