3 men, 1 teen facing multiple charges in Louisiana for riding horses in Walmart

Last week, four people were accused of riding horses at Walmart, a small town in Louisiana.

The video, posted on Tiktok and went viral on social media, showed three men and a teenager riding a horse through a business in Baker, Louisiana.

The incident occurred on April 8th. Local news outlet WBRZ.

Another video, filmed by Walmart employees, showed them entering the store and hanging around the self-checkout area for about 20 seconds before heading towards the back of the store. One rider was able to see him filming his phone and running away.

The Baker Police Department made requests for information about the four riders and ultimately relied on misdemeanor charges.

In Louisiana, it is illegal to post videos or commit live streams to gain infamy or publicity. This creates accusations of “illegal posts of criminal conduct.”

In a video filmed by Walmart employees, one worker can be heard saying, “They are not supposed to come here like that. They’ll scare s- from someone.”
