As American health once again focuses on the American Health (MAHA) movement, women's health needs to be a priority, one expert says.
Dr. Austin in Tulsa, Oklahoma specializes in treating women with hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions and chronic illnesses.
In an on-camera interview with Fox News Digital, Lake said before the Maha movement that she faced many “frustrated” women suffering from chronic health issues, as well as mothers and grandmothers worried about their child's health. He said he met. (See the video at the top of this article.)

“When RFK comes on the scene and starts giving the title, it's just going to make America healthy again,” he said.
“There's a lot of statistics and evidence that this kind of movement is very necessary as our people are struggling,” Lake added.

For women in particular, the lake highlighted some important issues that the Maha movement is likely to tackle.
Pesticide Exposure
According to the lake, exposure to glyphosate, a herbicide that is often sprayed on crops as a pesticide, can block the body's ability to fight cancer.
“It not only strips minerals and important nutrients from our food, but also removes important healing ingredients that prevent cancer-like forms,” he pointed out.

“One of the chemotherapy drugs they use to fight cancer is in our food, but they are blocked by glyphosate.”
The doctor suggested that local farmers should protect their crops in a safer way for consumers.
Fluoride in water
Cancer affects both men and women, but fluoride from US water sources can have a more serious impact on women's health, suggests Lake.
Amid continuing debate on the pros and cons of fluoride, new research has shown that ingesting chemicals can lead to lower IQ in children and harmful to the thyroid, a common problem among women. is shown.

“[Fluoride] Suddenly, these thyroid problems increased to reduce iodine in the human body, as we compete for absorption,” the doctor said.
Thyroid drugs are one of the most prescribed medicines in the world for women, but Lake said it “doesn't really solve the problem.”

“But when we see the lack of fluoride and minerals in our food, we start to make it worse by poor temperament, high stress, many workloads, family life and inability to achieve our goals. If that were to happen…it's a pretty big, noticeable issue,” he said.
Infertility and reproductive problems
Due to high levels of stress among American women, Lake predicted that there would be “continuation of infertility” without major efforts to protect women's health.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported that US fertility rates have fallen to historic low levels, falling 3% since 2022.
One major concern among women is the severe symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), Lake noted.

“We normalized severe PM,” he said. “I think a lot of women thought it [that it’s] Quite a common thing – you don't have to have a menstrual cramp just before a cycle or feel debilitating pain or vitality all the way to the cycle, but that's not normal. ”

Many women's health conditions may be linked to lifestyle factors, such as inflammatory foods and chronic stress, Lake said.
Certain flaws, he noted, are “the ability to directly affect a woman's fertile window and how she feels when it leads to it, and her ability to make her life.”

Additionally, more American women have been diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), causing a variety of symptoms, including irregular periods, weight gain, and difficulties in pregnancy and pregnancy.
Lake said imbalances in the hormonal pathway could increase the risk of PCOS. “For most women with PCOS, the underlying root cause is insulin resistance. This means that the body cannot properly manage its energy.”

According to Johns Hopkins' medicine, PCOS is also associated with chronic inflammation, which can worsen insulin resistance.
Food, environmental factors, sleep, high stress and defects can lead to oxidative stress and inflammation, Lake noted, “can't detoxify properly so your body can't get rid of these things.” Ta.
“It's my belief that God created our bodies to heal our bodies. As he says, “Our bodies are made incredibly and wonderfully.”
“[Women] They are exposed to the same food and environmental challenges as men, but these additional ingredients, especially in addition to the adrenal glands, affecting the production of things like progesterone,” he said. This is “very important for hormonal balance.”
Unhealthy food choices
Lake suggested that better food choices for Americans should start in schools and hospitals. Here you can decide to stop serving the cheapest and serve the best ones for young children, the elderly and those with illnesses.

“It's definitely worth investing in good healthy foods, but there must be a genetic factor in why they're why they're so healthy, but many people don't have a big impact on your health. I've just been sold that lie,” he told Fox News Digital.
“We need to bring more awareness to this and make sure people show that their actions have consequences.

The lake emphasized that people should know that their bodies have the ability to heal themselves.
“If you think it's hopeless, your ability to work hard to make these small changes will really diminish,” he said.

Ultimately, Lake said that government and businesses that “actually make good products” would make it easier to lead a healthier lifestyle.
