49ers owner Jed York detained in trailer park as fresh information comes to light

Jed York, the owner of the San Francisco 49ers, was arrested on Sunday after allegedly attempting to offer a woman around $140 for sex.

Court records obtained from The California Post on Monday indicate that York responded to an ad on a known prostitution website in Columbiana County, Ohio, and made arrangements to engage in sexual activity with a woman for payment.

York met at a designated location, a trailer park in East Palestine, Ohio, where he was arrested after an agent from the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force discovered that he had used his cell phone to arrange the alleged crime, according to the documents.

The records show that York was booked into the county jail on two charges: engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools.

However, on Monday, York reached a plea deal with prosecutors, as per the Columbiana County Municipal Court records.

He pleaded no contest to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct and also no contest to the possession of criminal tools, according to the same records.

York was sentenced to one day in jail but received credit for time served. Additionally, he was required to pay $1,150 in fines.

It was also noted in a court filing that York’s attorney mentioned he had completed an online course.

At 46 years old, York hails from Youngstown, Ohio. He has been married to Danielle Belluomini for over a decade, and they have two sons, Jaxon and Brixton.

York has been the CEO of the 49ers since 2008.

The Niners recently played an exhibition game against the Chargers in Los Angeles on August 20 and are set to conclude their preseason with a game against the Raiders in Las Vegas on August 27.

The team has yet to issue a statement regarding York’s arrest.
