The book is set in North Carolina during the summer. The book’s protagonist, Keaton Smith, is brought to North Carolina to put his mother’s childhood home on the housing market. Through this adventure, Smith learns a lot about his past.
The beach book is scheduled for release on June 25, 2024.

The book revolves around a group of four friends who become close to each other through college.
