Wheeler Calls for Congressional Testimonies on Epstein Case

Liz Wheeler, a host on BlazeTV, is looking for answers regarding the infamous Epstein case rather than a neatly wrapped-up list. She believes a key step is bringing Ghislaine Maxwell, who allegedly provided minors to Epstein, to testify before Congress.

In her show, she expressed that, “The worst case scenario is she either lies or doesn’t provide valuable information. Conversely, the best case would be if she actually addresses some of the unresolved questions.” This is certainly a hopeful viewpoint, but the reality is uncertain.

Wheeler also mentioned that forensic pathologists indicated inconsistencies between Epstein’s autopsy and the official narrative that he committed suicide by hanging. “They told us he took his own life,” she stated, which raises eyebrows about the legitimacy of that claim.

She advocates for Congress to summon present medical examiners and prison officials, suggesting, “They should acknowledge that there are conflicting findings.” This would initiate serious discussions around the matter—a necessary step, I think.

Another figure Wheeler finds noteworthy is Alex Acosta, a former Trump administration official. Acosta’s emails mysteriously vanished after he stated he had been informed to stay away from Epstein due to Epstein being an “intelligence asset.” Wheeler questioned, “If he said that, he must have had a solid reason. What really happened?” She’s right; it sounds fishy.

William Burns, who has connections to Epstein and is now the CIA Director, is also on Wheeler’s list. “Burns met Epstein in various locations three times and later became CIA Director,” she pointed out. His explanation that they were just acquaintances feels sketchy to Wheeler, who insists anyone making dubious claims should face congressional scrutiny.

Wheeler noted the executive branch might also help shed light on the truth. For instance, Pam Bondi dealt with documents related to the case but has been relatively quiet. “She can release info or at least facilitate transparency,” Wheeler added. It’s crucial for public trust, but whether that will happen remains to be seen.

Bringing it all together, Wheeler emphasizes the necessity of appointing a special prosecutor as part of holding responsible parties accountable. Comparing this idea to suggestions made by others, it seems to be a concrete way to potentially restore public confidence in the justice system.
