76ers’ Patrick Beverley accused of press conference ‘plant’

NBA tea is piping hot.

Philadelphia 76ers guard Patrick Beverley is accused of asking a reporter a rigged question in a press conference after the Magic's 124-109 win on Jan. 19, which he later posted on a podcast. .

It all started when Beverley got an X account after a match. Posted, “Belt 2A$$ Tour. Orlando, thank you for coming. ”

On Thursday, Magic radio host Brandon Kravitz reposted a video accusing Beverley of setting up reporters at the press conference.

Orlando-based sports reporter Dylan Bosch also accused Beverley of orchestrating the situation in a reply to Kravitz.

“As I waited, I saw Pat Bebb and the 'reporter' who asked the question greeting each other.”

Beverley had five points, six rebounds and four assists in 28 minutes in the win against the Magic.

Beverley has not yet addressed the allegations of teasing a reporter at a press conference.

The Sixers will play the Nuggets in Denver on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. ET.
