Eva Edl, an 89-year-old survivor of the Nazi invasion and concentration camps, was recently arrested by the Biden administration's Department of Justice for praying and peacefully protesting outside an abortion clinic.
Eddle now faces a possible 10-year prison sentence for violating the FACE Act.
“What do you think about what happened in the past and what's happening now?” Glenn Beck Eddle asks.
“Well, it really makes no difference. I've heard that our natural minds can justify whatever our evil minds want to do,” Edl tells Glenn. “You see, during World War II, the Nazis justified the extermination of Jews, Gypsies, Slavs, and other peoples by simply saying, 'They're not yet human,' according to evolutionary theory.”
“Then the war ended and the communists came and decided that just because you are of a certain ethnic background, your blood is already evil. So even if you're a newborn baby, you're evil in and of yourself and must be eradicated,” she continues.
That was their excuse, but Eddle believes “the main reason for it all was greed.”
“Why are we killing babies now? It's because we're selfish. Nothing has changed,” she says. “Evil minds just find another excuse.”
As for the punishment she may face for protesting outside the abortion clinic, Eddle tells Glenn she's “not scared.”
“I'm ready to die there,” she said. “I believe in the Lord Jesus. I now have eternal life through Him, so why should I be afraid? The main reason I'm doing what I'm doing now is just to follow Him.”
“When I stand at the clinic door, I'm just buying time for the sidewalk counselors to be quiet, calm, and receptive to the women,” she explains. “Many women thank us later that we were there and that we didn't kill their babies.”
