Hunter Biden goes on a foul-mouthed rant about George Clooney

Hunter Biden Critiques George Clooney in Podcast

In a recent podcast interview, Hunter Biden had strong words for actor George Clooney, accusing him of undermining his father, Joe Biden, in the upcoming election with the “help of the Obama team.” The comments surfaced on a podcast released Monday, where Hunter expressed his displeasure emphatically.

While discussing Clooney’s controversial guest essay in the New York Times, Hunter highlighted how it played a significant role in mounting pressure for Joe Biden to step aside as the Democratic candidate. This essay, published not long after Biden’s underwhelming debate performance against Donald Trump, urged for a change in leadership.

“It’s just devastating to say, but honestly, Joe Biden I saw at a fundraiser was not the same Joe Biden we knew years ago,” Hunter remarked, reflecting on his father’s mental decline. He noted how the once confident Biden seemed less recognizable compared to his earlier self.

Hunter recounted an incident where Clooney, during the podcast, challenged him directly, leading to a tense exchange. The accusations included claims that Clooney misrepresented his father’s condition during a fundraising event in June 2024. Notably, Hunter suggested that Clooney’s essay seemed oddly timed and self-serving as he positioned it against the backdrop of his friendship with former President Barack Obama.

Reflecting on this relationship, Hunter claimed that Clooney published the essay with the intention of aligning himself with Obama’s approval. “It’s as if he thinks that writing that essay somehow justifies his involvement in the political landscape,” Hunter noted, somewhat skeptically. He expressed frustration over the notion that Clooney had a “blessing” from the Obama team to launch this critique, which he found rather disingenuous.

In a bold declaration, Hunter even positioned his father’s presidency as more successful than Obama’s, suggesting there were significant, perhaps unmatched, achievements during his time in office. His comments prompt an intriguing question: how do personal relationships intersect with political narratives? It’s clear Hunter’s feelings about Clooney go beyond a mere disagreement; there seems to be an underlying sense of betrayal or a feeling that the actor crossed a line for personal gain.
