Gal Gadot Visits Survivors of Hamas Hostages

Actress Gal Gadot, famous for her role as Wonder Woman and a member of the Israeli National, met with the survivors of Hamas prisoners on Tuesday, as reported by the Hostage and Missing Family Forum.

During this emotional encounter, Gadot embraced individuals such as Doron Steinbrecher, Lili Albag, Nama Levi, Moran Stella Yanai, and Irana Gritzevsky. The woman in attendance expressed appreciation for Gadot’s vocal support in ongoing efforts to bring the hostages home.

“Don’t stop,” Doron Steinbrecher urged Gadot. “We must keep talking and protect them in the hearts and minds of people.”

Gadot, who previously served as a combat instructor for the Israeli Defense Forces and represented Israel at the 2004 Miss Universe pageant, acknowledged the resilience of those who have been released.

“You’ve all been through incredibly difficult things. I can’t believe you’re here today. Seeing you carry weight for someone still incarcerated—you’re an inspiration, you’re strength,” she said during the gathering.

According to the American Jewish Commission, about 50 hostages—including men, women, and two Americans—remain prisoners of Hamas in Gaza.

Call to Recover More Hostages

Thirty-three hostages were released following an agreement between Israel and Hamas in January, yet advocacy organizations are actively seeking to secure the return of those still held. Gadot’s visit is part of a larger initiative to keep the plight of these hostages in the public eye.

Gadot is widely recognized for her portrayal of the iconic superhero and made an appearance in the 2022 film “Death on the Nile.”
