Ellie Goulding is enjoying a holiday in Europe.

The 38-year-old singer, known for her hit “Lights,” shared several photos from her Italian getaway on Instagram, humorously captioning the post with “Carbs.” The images included both vacation snapshots and pictures of her in swimwear.

One photo shows Goulding lounging poolside in an olive green string bikini, holding a book in one hand while soaking up the sun. Another image features her reading the same book but this time in a black bikini, complemented by stylish round black and gold sunglasses. There’s even a selfie of her indoors in the black bikini.

Heidi Krum also recently celebrated her 52nd birthday with a bikini photoshoot by the pool.

Goulding took some time to relax on the beach as well, sharing a picture by the sea where she wore a brown bikini with a black pattern and smiled slightly at the camera while holding a tropical drink.

The post also showcases her exploring Italy’s stunning landscapes, ruins, and art.

“Italy looks very good on you,” one fan commented. Another noted, “dropped Ellie OMG from the lifting routine!” while yet another gushed about her beauty.

Recently, Goulding performed a rendition of Elton John’s classic “Your Song” at the wedding reception of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez Bezos in Venice. Matteo Boselli, son of the opera singer Andrea Bocelli, also performed, singing Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling in Love” during the couple’s first dance.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Goulding sang “Your Song” at a notable wedding; she previously performed at Prince William and Kate Middleton’s reception following their wedding in London on April 29, 2011.

The Prince and Princess of Wales had their first dance to her version of the beloved song.

In August 2023, Goulding made headlines after a video went viral showing fireworks going off during her performance at the Victory Festival in Portsmouth, UK.

She reassured fans, “To those who ask, I’m fine! The firework didn’t hit me directly in the face. My face is unharmed. Thank you!”

In the video, Goulding is seen trying to shield herself from the fireworks, expressing her surprise mid-performance before continuing with her song “Miracle,” which she collaborated on with Calvin Harris.
