Molly Sims has been soaking up the sun.

The 52-year-old actress and model shared a collection of pictures from a beach day with her family, donning a black and white polka dot bikini in some of them.

In one snapshot, she stands on the edge of a yacht, arms raised, gazing off into the horizon, accessorized with black sunglasses and a red pedicure.

Another shows her taking a mirror selfie in the same bikini, with others featuring her strolling through a charming beach town, sporting a long white cover-up, a black sun hat, and black sandals.

Among the photos, she included images of her child and a video of herself leaping off the yacht into the water. The post was captioned “Sunday 😉🌊.”

“Please DYE your bikini!!!” one fan commented, while another chimed in with “Link Bikini?!!😍🔥🔥”.

Supportive comments flowed in, with responses like “You look gorgeous,” “You’ve gone so crazy!!!” and “❤️❤️❤️❤️The best day ever❤️❤️❤️.”

This summer isn’t the first time Sims has shared bikini shots. Previously, she posted images of herself enjoying the beach with friends, humorously captioning one as “Goodbye Kids.”

In that photo, she wore a purple bikini adorned with a pink floral pattern, accessorizing with sunglasses, a pink necklace, and some gold jewelry.

In 2023, Sims also let fans in on one of her bikini-body secrets, sharing a mug photo on her Instagram story and calling it a “game changer.”

She mentioned that it’s beneficial for anti-aging, digestion, and joint health. “This has been a game changer for me,” she noted.

Recently, during a conversation with Fox News Digital in November 2024, she offered tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

She emphasized the importance of consuming plenty of protein throughout the day and suggested it’s best to save most carbs for evening meals.

Her main advice? Eating “just a little here, a little there” helps avoid packing on the pounds.

“If you have kids, don’t eat their food,” she explained, listing items like chicken fingers, pizza, and fries.
