Sharon Stone Shares Insights on Her Love Life
In a recent episode of “What What Hass with Live with Andy Cohen,” Sharon Stone opened up about her past romances. The 57-year-old actress was put on the spot as Cohen asked her if there was any truth to the buzz about her dating the rapper Nelly.
“Yes, I did,” she confirmed, but added that their connection was more of a casual outing and not a serious relationship.
Throughout her life, Stone has experienced quite a journey in love. She was married to Michael Greenberg from 1984 until 1987 and later tied the knot with Phil Bronstein in 1998—a union that ended in 2004.
On the show, she also touched on her family life. Stone is a mother of three sons, with her eldest, Lorne, being 25 years old and her youngest, Quinn, 19. She reflected on the challenges she faced, particularly during a health crisis that altered her life.
In September 2001, she suffered a stroke that nearly claimed her life. Stone recounted how it forced her to reevaluate her priorities, emphasizing the importance of family and her desire to spend quality time with her children during recovery.
“I was a person who was blessed with having a very big career at some point,” she shared. Reflecting on her fame in the 90s, she paused, stating, “I think it’s safe to say she owned the 90s as an actress.” But the stroke put everything on hold. “I stopped when I had a massive, massive stroke—it was a life-changing event,” she said.
Stone also revealed that the aftermath of her health scare led to significant financial hardship. “I saved $18 million for success, but when I got back, it was all gone,” she recalled, noting that her finances had slipped away due to decisions made during her health crisis.
Despite these struggles, Stone expressed a commitment to positivity. “I decided to be present and let go,” she stated. “I’m living for joy now.” A poignant belief of hers emphasizes resilience: “If I hold faith, you will survive, even if that faith is the size of mustard seeds.”
