An investigator has reported that a man, identified as a victim in a violent street altercation in Cincinnati last month, is now facing charges related to the incident. The 45-year-old man, who remains unnamed due to his status as a victim under Mercy’s law, is facing a disorderly conduct charge for his involvement in the brawl that occurred on July 26 in downtown.

The brawl reportedly broke out earlier in the morning at the intersection of 4th Avenue and Elm Avenue, and footage of the event quickly gained attention. He is set to appear in court on August 26.

Last week, another suspect in the case, Gregory Wright, 32, was charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated riots. Wright allegedly stole a necklace from a victim during the incident before filming the altercation.

Six other individuals were also charged in connection with the brawl. Among those charged are Patrick Rosemond, 38; Jermaine Matthews, 39; Montian Meriweather, 34; Dekira Vernon, 24; Dominique Kittle, 37; and Aisha Devaughn, 25. They face multiple felony counts for their alleged roles in the assault.

The situation has sparked considerable public interest, with various videos showing disturbing acts and aggressive behavior during the brawl.
