Brooke Hogan Questions Details Surrounding Father’s Death
On Wednesday, Brooke Hogan expressed that body camera footage related to her father, Hulk Hogan’s, death might change the official narrative surrounding it.
In a series of posts on Instagram, she mentioned receiving messages from police officers, medical staff, and others, who advised her to search for 911 recordings and body cam videos from the day he died.
“I got a legal call from an expert… saying that I need to see the bodycam footage and… 911 tapes,” she noted on her Instagram Stories.
She claimed, “These sources felt very passionate about what they witnessed and continue to reach out to me for clarity.”
Brooke also requested that the public respect her privacy as she seeks answers. She said, “Stop guessing, stop asking,” and indicated that she has shared all this information with her brother, remaining actively involved.
Despite being closely related, she mentioned feeling distanced from the details of her father’s death, stating, “It all depends on my dad’s wife, and I’m in zero control. My hands are tied.”
She added, “As his daughter, I can’t comment on this. Those are just the rules I was told.”
Brooke expressed uncertainty regarding whether her father underwent cremation or even had an autopsy. “I haven’t received any official word about whether the medical inspector’s office was contacted,” she said. “If they were, I don’t understand why it wasn’t considered.”
Brooke also expressed frustration, pointing out that all body camera footage and 911 dispatch calls are not publicly accessible under the Freedom of Information Act. “They’re all locked down, and I don’t know why,” she said.
Continuing to question the official cause of her father’s death, she noted that skepticism lingered in her mind. “Given his medical history that anyone could find easily online, do you really trust the doctor who signed his death certificate?” she questioned.
Ultimately, she concluded, “Finding the answers would be wonderful, but none of it will bring my dad back.” Previously, she had also raised doubts about her father having leukimia, a detail mentioned on his death certificate.
It remains unclear whether the requested body cam footage or 911 audio will be made available.
