Maxwell’s Statements on Clinton and Trump
Ghislaine Maxwell, during her interview with Associate Attorney General Todd Blanche, expressed skepticism about claims that former President Bill Clinton received a massage on a plane from Jeffrey Epstein, a known sex offender.
The Department of Justice released a detailed transcript of this interview, conducted to explore Maxwell’s connection with Epstein. In it, Maxwell also claimed that President Donald Trump was not aware of a birthday card he allegedly sent to Epstein.
When asked by Blanche if she knew about Clinton having a massage, Maxwell responded, “I don’t think he did that,” although she didn’t provide a strong reason for that belief. She added, “The time Epstein and President Clinton spent together… they traveled together and spent time on the plane.” It seems the conversation was left a bit ambiguous.
Interestingly, photos from 2002 show Clinton receiving a massage from one of Epstein’s accusers, Chanta Davis, during a trip to Africa related to Epstein’s humanitarian efforts. Another accuser, Virginia Giuffre, mentioned that Clinton had visited Epstein’s private island, but she did not accuse him of any crimes.
Clinton has consistently denied knowing about Epstein’s actions, as reiterated by his spokesman earlier. Maxwell also stated that Trump never received a massage and described him as “a gentleman in every respect.” In her own words, she remarked, “I have never actually seen the President in a massage environment… He was not inappropriate for anyone.” It’s interesting how her views on Trump appeared to be very positive, almost overly so.
