Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen Spotted in the Hamptons

Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen were seen making a rare appearance in the Hamptons on Thursday.

The 39-year-old fashion icons were busy arranging racks filled with stylish, minimalist clothing in muted colors from various couture brands. They opted for no makeup and were dressed in black loungewear, perhaps to maintain a casual vibe while curating high-end apparel.

The famous twin sisters wore their long, dark blonde hair parted in the middle, styled in soft waves. They focused on organizing the clothing while chatting in the bright store environment.

It’s been a while since the “Full House” twins were last spotted publicly. Their most recent outing was back in November 2024 at a celebrity-filled birthday party for a New York City W Magazine editor.

Before that, they enjoyed a night out in New York in February 2024 with their younger sister, Elizabeth Olsen, who is 36.

Known for their extreme privacy, the twins tend to keep a low profile. Ashley gave birth to a son named Otto in 2023, but she chose not to publicly announce her pregnancy.

Recent reports indicate that Ashley and her husband, Louis Eisner, welcomed their first child “in New York a few months ago.”

Mary Kate and Ashley first gained fame as toddlers during the ’80s. They have since transitioned from acting to becoming icons in the fashion industry. In a rare joint interview, Ashley shared her thoughts about this journey. “To be honest, I don’t know how conscious we were at the time,” she mentioned. They founded their brand in 2005.

Reflecting on their beginnings, Ashley recalled, “We had just moved to New York. We were 18, and I think what we knew was that we wanted to take a break from what we had done before.” Mary Kate chimed in, expressing their desire to explore new creative avenues.

As their brand evolved, it started to gain recognition for its minimalist and upscale aesthetic. Mary Kate emphasized that being perfectionists and hard workers has always been a driving force for them, stating, “I think the reason we do fashion is to constantly try to fix our imperfections.” This approach seems to keep them motivated as they look ahead to the next season.
