Christopher Schwarzenegger looked quite different in a recent family photo that his sister Katherine shared.
The 27-year-old showcased a notable weight transformation, sporting a fitted button-down shirt and pink shorts on Friday. The pictures also included family members like Maria Shriver and Katherine’s husband, Chris Pratt, enjoying their time on a boat in Cape Cod.
Katherine captioned the sunny collection, “The perfect day ☀️🌊.”
Earlier in June, Christopher revealed his new look at the season 2 premiere of “Fabber” alongside his dad, Arnold, and siblings Christina, Patrick, and Katherine.
In a May appearance at Beecher Vitality’s Happy and Healthy Summit in Los Angeles, he talked about his weight loss journey, mentioning that it was a significant process. He noted that he started making lifestyle changes while living in Australia in 2019.
Christopher shared, “I realized how much my weight held me back from enjoying everyday activities.” He recalled wanting to go skydiving but being told, “Yeah, no shots,” which made him realize he couldn’t do it.
This struggle with body image has been an ongoing issue for him since high school. He explained that he tried various methods to lose weight, even bringing unusual lunches to school. His shift towards a healthier lifestyle involved a combination of dietary changes and fitness routines.
One of his notable achievements was losing 30 pounds during Lent by cutting out bread, committing to a change that lasted 40 days. Reflecting on his journey, he admitted, “I don’t feel like it’s ‘later’ yet” as he continues to assess before-and-after photos of his physical evolution.
