Tragic Shooting in Minneapolis

Westman also outlined disturbing thoughts about wanting to create terror, describing aspirations to evoke fear among children. He referred to feeling a sense of power as a “horrifying monster” above his victims.

“I feel good about the announcement. It seems like a good combo of simple attacks and devastating tragedy,” he claimed, displaying a chilling mindset.

The manifesto referenced notorious mass shooters, particularly Adam Lanza from the Sandy Hook tragedy, whom Westman seemed to admire. He expressed a disturbing fascination with the attack’s outcome and aimed to replicate it.

“I think Sandy Hook was my favorite,” he noted, indicating a fascination with the violence.

Interestingly, it was revealed that Westman’s mother worked at the Catholic school targeted, further intensifying the tragic nature of this event.
