Kelley, Scott Wolf's estranged wife, out of jail after her arrest

After the arrest of Scott Wolf, his estranged wife, Kelly Wolf, was released from a Utah prison. Her release followed allegations that she shared his phone number on social media.

A document obtained by a news outlet reveals that Kelly was released from the Summit County Jail just before 4 PM local time on Thursday, two days after her booking.

She was arrested on suspicions of disclosing personal information electronically and harassment via electronic communications, according to a spokesperson for the Summit County Sheriff’s Office. The couple, now embroiled in a contentious divorce, is facing two Class B misdemeanors, with a bond set at $5,000.

Conditions of her release include avoiding contact with potential witnesses and participating in recommended medical or psychological treatment. Additionally, she is prohibited from consuming alcohol or drugs unless prescribed by a licensed practitioner.

Meanwhile, the actor, who is 57, filed for a new restraining order against Kelly, 48, on Thursday. Documents indicate that Scott was described as the “claimer and victim.” The incident report noted that Scott received numerous calls and texts from unfamiliar numbers after Kelly posted his personal phone number online.

Officers estimated that Scott received around 24 calls and several texts within just ten minutes of the first call. He stated that he used the number for communicating with his child, which had created a great deal of confusion for him. When officers responded to the situation at Kelly’s residence, they only managed to communicate with her through the window.

While officers voiced “possible cause” for her arrest, Kelly delayed her compliance, taking over an hour to change from bathrobes into regular clothing before being taken to jail. She later shared her perspective on the situation through her Instagram stories.

In her posts, Kelly expressed fear and confusion, stating, “The police are in my house to arrest me. I don’t know why. I’m not dangerous to anyone. I didn’t do anything.” She further emphasized her stability, asserting no history of mental illness or legal troubles, and pleaded for support with the words, “Fight for me!”

Scott and Kelly, who married in 2004, have three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and an 11-year-old. As of now, Scott holds temporary custody of the children.

Kelly claimed she hadn’t seen her children since June after Scott initially filed for divorce on June 10.
