Micah Parsons trade will be remembered as one of the 'biggest blunders' in NFL history.

Mina Kimes recently voiced her strong opinion regarding the Dallas Cowboys’ trade involving linebacker Micah Parsons.

During her appearance on ESPN, she described the decision as potentially one of the “biggest mistakes” in NFL history. “I don’t think it’s being overly dramatic,” Kimes stated. “Players like Micah Parsons simply aren’t traded. A comparison comes to mind—remember when Khalil Mack was traded to Chicago a few years back?”

Kimes remarked that, looking back at Mack’s deal with the Bears in 2018, she felt the Cowboys should have received more from Green Bay for Parsons.

“To be frank, they should have secured a better deal for Parsons because, honestly, he’s younger and arguably more talented,” she mentioned. “After the Mack trade, the Raiders started to struggle, and I’m honestly hoping the same fate befalls Dallas.”

She concluded that teams shouldn’t trade away exceptional talent like Parsons, who she labeled as a future Hall of Famer.

“Micah Parsons is the kind of player that you wait a generation to draft,” Kimes noted. “He’s one of the top defensive players in the league. If you’re rebuilding and don’t have a solid quarterback, you might consider trading players like him. But that’s not the case for Dallas. Honestly, I find it illogical.”

Following some weeks of talks, Parsons was traded to the Packers last Thursday, with the Cowboys receiving three-time Pro Bowler Kenny Clark and first-round picks from Green Bay for the next two years.
