Gordon Ramsay Undergoes Skin Cancer Surgery

Gordon Ramsay has disclosed that he recently had surgery for skin cancer.

The 58-year-old celebrity chef shared his diagnosis on Instagram, posting photos from after his medical procedures.

“I am very thankful for the amazing team at Skin Associates and their swift action to remove this basal cell carcinoma!” he commented in his post.

In one of the photos, you can see Ramsay’s profile with a significant bandage on his face. Another image shows a stitch near his ear.

In the comments, many of his followers expressed their support with well wishes and prayers.

Ramsay took the opportunity to remind his fans, saying, “Don’t forget to wear sunscreen this weekend.”

The renowned chef, famous for shows like “Hell’s Kitchen” and “MasterChef,” received mixed responses. While one person commented, “I’m glad it was sorted! Speedy recovery chef,” another noted the heartfelt sentiment from his daughter, Holly Ramsay, who simply stated, “Love you, dad.”

It appears that Ramsay hasn’t publicly reported any previous instances of cancer.

Last year, he endured a bicycle accident that raised concerns about his health. In June 2024, he posted about a serious bruise after falling off his bike in Connecticut, warning his fans, “I’m lucky to be here.”
