Chloe Grace Moretz and Kate Harrison Say ‘I Do’

Chloe Grace Moretz and Kate Harrison have officially tied the knot, just a year after the actress publicly came out as gay.

The “Kick-Ass” star, who is 28, and the 34-year-old J. Crew model celebrated their marriage during a cozy ceremony over Labor Day weekend.

“For me, weddings are really about sharing what I love with Kate and everyone there,” Moretz shared before the big day. “We have activities planned like fishing, horse riding, and poker. Kate even made a custom poker mat for us!”

As reported by Vogue, the couple donned outfits designed by Louis Vuitton. Moretz chose a light blue wedding dress complemented by veils and gloves but switched to an “ice cream” white custom ensemble featuring a jacket, pants, and a cowboy hat for the reception.

“It feels like I do,” Moretz expressed. “I never really thought about what my wedding dress would look like, and I knew I didn’t want to do something traditional in white. I wanted it to be different, something that really felt like me.”

Harrison opted for a more traditional white wedding dress on their special day, while she also selected chic bodices and pants for the reception.

“The most thrilling part is that first look moment,” Harrison shared ahead of the wedding. “It’s going to be so special because we’re both curious about how we’ll look in our dresses. This design feels just right!”

Moretz remarked, “We’ve been together for almost seven years and this just feels like the next step for us, exchanging vows and making deeper promises to each other. It’s really about choosing each other every single day.”

Moretz and Harrison first sparked dating rumors in 2018 when they were seen sharing a kiss after dinner in Malibu, California. The engagement buzz began to circulate after they were spotted wearing rings on their left hands during a romantic trip to Disneyland in April 2024.

On January 1, 2025, Moretz seemingly confirmed the engagement by sharing heartfelt moments from their relationship on social media, including a photo of them holding hands on the beach, both displaying diamond rings.

Despite their public presence, the newlyweds tend to keep their relationship quite private. Moretz previously dated Brooklyn Beckham on-and-off from 2014 to 2018 and had hinted at seeking new relationships but kept her current one under wraps.

Moretz came out last year and advocated for the need for legal protection for the LGBTQ+ community, emphasizing the importance of accessible care.
