What about American realism?
Former President Trump has indicated he may poke fun at President Joe Biden by featuring an “Autopen portrait” in a new gallery at the White House, which he terms “the wall of presidency.”
Trump mentioned his intention to include a portrait of Biden utilizing the notorious autopen in what he calls the “wall of presidential fame” being constructed in the Rose Garden.
“That’s a decision I have to make. We’ve shared an image of the autopen,” Trump stated in a wide-ranging interview released on Monday.
He also presented a mockup of what the “Biden Autopen” portrait might look like within his proposed gallery.
“I have to do it,” Trump continued. “It’s the same image, but it’s in black and white. I haven’t used it with a smile yet.”
Details regarding the appearance of the mockups weren’t disclosed by the outlet.
Trump, however, speculated that this move would spark significant controversy.
“This will be very controversial,” he remarked.
The White House had previously conducted a survey in July regarding Biden’s autopen usage.
A senior official indicated that tens of thousands of documents related to Biden’s autopen use have been transferred to the National Archives.
“What the former president ordered, and he wasn’t,” questioned Trump administration officials. “The only situations in which an autopen is legally used occur when the president explicitly states he wants something done.”
In an interview with Daily Caller, Trump further discussed Biden’s presidency alongside his recent prostate cancer diagnosis revealed in May.
“He didn’t win the race. He lost badly. He was a terrible president, yet he claims to have stage 9 cancer.”
“Stage 9? I’ve never heard of anything beyond stage 4. Stage 4 is the terminal stage.”
The details surrounding a potential “Biden Autopen” portrait were not provided to the outlet.
It remains uncertain when the “Presidential Fame Wall” will be completed and announced, but the administration focused on renovating the White House grounds during Trump’s second term.
Construction on the newly announced $200 million White House Ballroom is set to commence in September.
Recently, the president also addressed issues faced by a subcontractor whose custom limestone was damaged by heavy gardening equipment in the rose gardens.
