Kelly Wolf is set to enter a rehabilitation program following her recent arrest.
The 48-year-old “Real World: New Orleans” alum announced her plans to check into treatment on September 12 during her court appearance on Tuesday.
“I’ve let everyone know who needs to know,” she expressed to the judge, appearing somewhat “excited.”
The specific treatment center hasn’t been disclosed.
“I’m really looking forward to it,” Kelly, who is estranged from actor Scott Wolf, said. “My brother is taking me there. It’s a good place, really. I’ve always thought of myself as somewhat of a mental health expert.”
“I’ll be there for a month,” she added, “and I hope it does some good.”
Neither Kelly’s nor Scott’s representatives have commented yet.
Currently, Kelly faces three misdemeanor charges involving electronic communication harassment related to incidents from August 25 and 26. During that time, she made headlines with a peculiar series of Instagram stories, one of which included her estranged husband’s phone number.
Last month, she referred to Scott, 57, as “the most hated man on the planet,” and made several inflammatory statements on social media.
After her arrest, she described her feelings as “confused” and “scary.”
Kelly was booked at the Summit County Jail in Park City, Utah, and was released two days later.
Scott filed for divorce in June and received numerous unsolicited calls and messages following Kelly’s posts, prompting the judge to issue an order of protection for him.
Under this order, Kelly is barred from contacting Scott or their children—Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.
The couple married in 2004 and shares three kids.
In addition to returning home with police to collect her belongings, Kelly must keep a distance of 300 feet from Scott. She’s prohibited from any form of threats or violence against him or their children and cannot consume alcohol or drugs until the next hearing on September 10.
Scott currently has temporary custody of their children and had previously sought a restraining order, which he later dropped.
He has kept quiet about the ongoing divorce situation but noted in August that his primary focus is on his children’s well-being.
