Trump’s Focus on Epstein and the Democrats’ Response
Donald Trump has shifted his attention towards Jeffrey Epstein, criticizing Democrats for their past inaction on the matter.
In a recent statement, he expressed confidence in the Justice Department, asserting that they have fulfilled all requests related to the Epstein investigation. He urged an end to what he calls the “Democrat Epstein hoax,” and instead, praised Republicans for their efforts.
Trump claimed, “The confused and badly failed Democrats did nothing about Jeffrey Epstein while he was alive except to become friends with him, interact with him, travel to his island and take his money! They knew everything they knew about Epstein, but now, years after his death, they seem to be showing such love and sincere concern for his victims out of nowhere. Does anyone really believe it? Where were they during his very public trial and all the years before his death? The answer is ‘Nowhere to be found.’ The DOJ is complying fully with Congress’s demands by providing thousands of pages of documents. This is just another Democrat hoax, like Russia collusion, to distract from the successes of the Republican administration and the failures of the previous one. Make America great again!”
Recently, an NBC interview highlighted that Epstein survivors were asked whether they had seen Trump engage in any inappropriate behavior related to Epstein.
The response was straightforward: “No.”
NBC: “Has anyone seen or heard of President Trump himself doing something inappropriate in connection with Epstein?”
Epstein Survivor: “No.”
