An active Navy Chief spotted four UFOs resembling the famous Tic-Tac shapes off the California coast while serving aboard the USS Jackson.
On the evening of February 15, 2023, Senior U.S. Navy Secretary Alexandro Wiggins noticed several unidentified flying objects on radar.
“What am I looking at?” Wiggins stated he was speaking personally rather than as a Navy representative. “From what I observed, it seemed to emerge from the water.”
Interestingly, it was the first object he noticed on radar. After that initial sighting, the crew wanted to verify whether they were looking at clouds, atmospheric phenomena, or something else entirely.
Wiggins then made his way to the Core Bridge Wing of the USS Jackson and ran through a mental checklist of possible explanations for the sighting. Ultimately, the unusual maneuvers of the objects convinced him it wasn’t typical human technology.
“That,” he remarked, “said one 21-year Navy veteran, was quite something.”
The observant officer noticed three other objects moving synchronously, about eight nautical miles from the USS Jackson. He reported the unidentified object to the tactical officer and utilized a sapphire radar for clarification.
A video of the sapphire radar tracking was later made public by George Knapp and Jeremy Corbel. Wiggins mentioned, “From the video, you can see the original TIC-TAC object I observed from the port bridge wing.”
A clip displayed oval black spots on the radar, showing their movements up and down, seemingly connecting with three other similarly shaped crafts.
“With the sapphire system, you can detect silhouettes and thermal signatures of various objects. In relation to the TIC-TACs, when they rapidly accelerated, there were skeptics among the ICC-1,” Wiggins shared about his crew members on the bridge.
Though at least one radar operator suggested the object was probably an airplane, Wiggins was confident in what he had seen.
After that, they clearly identified a commercial aircraft on the radar.
“About 30 to 45 seconds passed, and you could see the commercial plane cross the radar, confirming the shapes and wings of the aircraft,” he explained.
“It felt like ‘checkmate,’ and he just sat there,” Wiggins noted. “Even if I thought I could brush it off before, I simply couldn’t do it anymore.”
The three witnesses continued to share their experiences during the third UAP hearing held by the House Transparency Task Force.
