Charlie Kirk’s Legacy Gains Attention Amid Tragedy

News surrounding the murder of Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, continues to unfold, particularly regarding his life and the suspect involved, who is reported to have been living with a transgender woman at the time of the incident.

Though the circumstances are unfortunate, it’s really Kirk’s legacy that stands out now. “A new movement is stirring in our country,” remarked Liz Wheeler on The Liz Wheeler Show. “It’s unprecedented—we’re witnessing a powerful awakening.”

She pointed out the exponential growth in social media following across various platforms associated with Kirk and his wife, Erica Kirk, as well as Turning Point USA itself. The past four days have seen a remarkable increase in engagement.

Across platforms, gains of at least 23.3 million followers were reported two days ago. On Instagram alone, Kirk saw a surge of 5 million new followers, bringing his total to about 12.2 million.

“Does that give you chills?” Wheeler questioned, also mentioning that “Charlie Kirk Shaw” on TikTok has gained 2 million followers, totaling around 9.3 million. “The numbers are just staggering,” she added.

Andrew Kolbe, who produces “The Charlie Kirk Show,” shared encouraging news as well. “TPUSA has recently launched a new campus chapter, and we’ve received over 32,000 inquiries in just 48 hours. Currently, there are 900 official university chapters and close to 1,200 high school chapters. Charlie’s dream of establishing Club America in every American high school—about 23,000 in total—is being realized much quicker than expected,” he noted.

Wheeler also emphasized a spiritual awakening happening in the nation. “If there’s ever been a time to consider going to church, it’s now. Connect with your faith; ask for guidance, and you may just find it,” she said.
