A judge in Utah has issued a protective order prohibiting Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, from contacting Kirk’s widow, Erika.
The order was entered in the 4th Judicial District Court in Provo, Utah.
According to reports, this order prohibits Robinson from reaching out to Erika in any fashion and warns him of sanctions for any violations.
On the same day, it was noted that Robinson is facing charges that include two counts of aggravated murder, along with felony firearm discharge and obstructing justice.
Additional allegations against him involve two counts of witness tampering and committing violent crimes in the presence of minors.
Prosecutors are pushing for the death penalty in this case.
Some communications exchanged between Robinson and his partner began emerging on September 12, but the Utah County District Attorney later released a more detailed version of the messages on Tuesday.
According to reports, some excerpts from these messages were made public.
Robinson: “Drop what you’re doing and look under my keyboard.”
Roommate: “Are you serious?”
Robinson: “I’m still okay, my love. It shouldn’t be long until I can go home, but I still have to hold my rifle. Honestly, I wanted to keep this a secret until I grew old and passed away.”
Roommate: “You weren’t involved in that, were you?”
Robinson: “I, I’m sorry.”
In another exchange, Robinson reportedly mentioned his “sufficient” hatred for Charlie Kirk.
