Luke Bryan’s Farm Tour Showcases Love for Agriculture

Luke Bryan is elevating his passion for farming. The country singer has just started the fall legs of his annual farm tour—performances held on farms across the U.S. Each year, he emphasizes that these events are more than just concerts; they’re a tribute to his roots and support for struggling agricultural communities.

Owning a farm in Nashville, Bryan nurtures a deep relationship with the land. As he reflects on growing up in Georgia, where his father ran a peanut factory, he shares his admiration for the farmers he grew up around, calling them his heroes.

During an interview, Bryan mentioned, “The farmers of that world who drove big tractors and had big pickup trucks—those were my heroes.” It’s evident that this connection has fueled his desire to reach the heart of rural America through music.

Over the years, Bryan’s farm tour has attracted between 10,000 to 20,000 attendees at various locations. His intent? To craft memorable experiences that celebrate the synergy between music and agriculture. Additionally, the tour has provided over 80 scholarships through his large-scale events.

This year’s fall tour made a stop in Brooklyn, Wisconsin, hosted by Kevin and Erica Kron at Klondike Farm. The couple also appeared on the “Today” show, discussing the current challenges in American agriculture. Erica captured the sentiment well by saying, “We’re slowly but surely losing them,” referring to the dwindling number of farmers.

Despite the difficulties, Kevin expressed gratitude for Bryan’s influence, stating, “The fact that Luke supports us… he is very generous with the youth and the nation. That’s something special.” Such remarks underline how much Bryan’s presence means to communities facing challenges.

Ultimately, Bryan hopes to uplift the farming sector, aiming to inject vitality into various industries across the nation. “We worked so hard to make it feel that way,” he said, reflecting on the hard work behind the tour.

This spring marked the tour’s first event in California, and the fall leg kicked off in Wisconsin. Upcoming stops include Prairie League Rove in Illinois and Lansing, Michigan, as fans continue to celebrate both music and the agricultural lifestyle.
