Charlie Kirk’s Recovery Discussed as a “Miracle”

Andrew Corvette, a spokesperson for Turning Point USA, relayed on Saturday that Charlie Kirk’s surgeon described his situation as an “absolute miracle.”

“I want to touch on some of the chatter regarding the absence of exit wounds for Charlie. Honestly, I typically don’t engage in this kind of online dialogue, but—apologies for getting graphic here—it seems the lack of an exit wound could itself be classified as miraculous, and I think it’s important for people to understand,” Corvette explained.

He mentioned having just spoken with Kirk’s surgeon, who noted that the bullet “should have exited.” The surgeon added that such wounds are typical for fast, high-caliber rounds, saying he’s encountered this type of injury numerous times in the past.

Upcoming Memorial Event

There’s a memorial event for Charlie Kirk planned in Arizona, featuring prominent figures like Trump and Vance, and it’s expected to draw a crowd of around 100,000 attendees.

Corvette described the moment, stating the doctor informed him he was positioned behind Kirk during the tragic shooting, which resulted in multiple casualties among staff and guests.

The doctor remarked on Kirk’s condition, saying, “The bones were incredibly healthy, with such impressive density—it was like he was made of steel. It really should have just passed through him.” Kirk was ultimately found to have a bullet lodged just beneath the skin.

Resilience Amid Tragedy

Corvette emphasized that even in death, Kirk managed to save lives. “It’s quite extraordinary. A miracle,” he added.

The coroner’s report confirmed the bullet was nearly embedded in his skin. It seems Kirk’s physical condition played a significant role in protecting him during the shooting.
