Video captures two women laughing as they damage Charlie Kirk memorial — they are now in jail.

Two sisters have been filmed laughing while vandalizing a memorial dedicated to Charlie Kirk in Arkansas, although they didn’t seem quite as cheerful in their booking photo later.

A candlelight vigil for Kirk was held by his supporters in Bentonville, with some setting up the memorial near the steps of the Benton County Courthouse.

“It’s not just an infringement on their freedom of expression; it’s a disrespect to people’s memories and values in Benton County,” remarked a Justice of the Peace.

Reportedly, Kerri Melissa Rollo and Kaylee Heather Rollo are the sisters in question, who kicked over candles and tore down signs at the site. The footage was anonymously submitted to local authorities.

On Wednesday, law enforcement confirmed the sisters’ arrest.

Kerri faces a charge of first-degree criminal mischief, while Kaylee is charged with obstructing governmental operations.

“Everyone deserves to express themselves, but when you vandalize a site that signifies human grief, that’s where it crosses a line,” the Justice of the Peace added.

There’s also a GoFundMe page set up for the sisters, where Kaylee mentioned her sister lost her job due to the incident. They’ve raised over $7,700 for legal expenses.

“This is a violation of their rights,” she stated, expressing her intent to fight against what she views as governmental overreach while her sister seeks new employment.

On Friday, a judge set Kerri’s bail at $15,000 and Kaylee’s at $7,500. Kerri requested a public defender, while Kaylee indicated she’d hire her own attorney.

The next court appearance for the sisters is planned for October 22nd.
