You Might Not Have Noticed, But Violence from the Left Has Been Increasing Since Charlie Kirk’s Death

Multiple politically charged incidents have recently taken place, including unrest at Charlie Kirk’s vigil and a shooting incident at a local ABC News station following comments made by Jimmy Kimmel.

On Thursday, two individuals reportedly were arrested during Kirk’s Massachusetts vigil. As reported, some of the protesters had ties to ANTIFA, which President Donald Trump has labeled a terrorist group.

One of those arrested was a minor, suspected of assault and battery. Law enforcement stated that this individual punched someone wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a knife, which led to additional charges.

In another incident, a 56-year-old protester was arrested in a retirement community in Florida after allegedly pushing a 73-year-old during a brief altercation. One witness described approaching the protester, only to be shoved and fall in the process, expressing significant frustration about the situation.

A separate shooting occurred at a New Hampshire country club, where a man was killed. Witnesses heard the shooter yell, “Free Palestine.” New Hampshire Attorney General John Pulmora noted there’s no indication that the shooter acted from hate-based motives, although he was reportedly a former employee at the venue.

Italy has also seen escalating pro-Palestinian protests, which turned violent and led to arrests. These demonstrations intensified following Italy’s stance on recognizing the Palestinian territory, contrasting with other European nations.

In California, a 64-year-old man faces charges for allegedly shooting at an ABC10 news station in Sacramento, a day after protests erupted outside due to the network’s decision to suspend Kimmel’s show following Kirk’s death. Investigators continue to explore the shooter’s motives.

Authorities discovered notes in the shooter’s vehicle with messages critical of the Trump administration, alongside reminders that pointedly instructed him to “do the next horrible thing.”

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a statement urging both the media and far-left factions to halt the demonization of law enforcement. They cited various incidents of violence targeting DHS personnel recently and condemned hate rhetoric that could inspire further violence.

Examples from late summer into early September included bomb threats, riots, and attacks on law enforcement officers. A DHS spokesperson highlighted the alarming rise in assaults against law enforcement, calling for a reduction in escalating tensions to prevent additional violence.
