Candace Owens States She Will Require Brigitte Macron to Undergo a Medical Examination Regarding Trans Assertion

Brigitte Macron, the First Lady of France, has reportedly been asked to undergo a medical examination to confirm her gender as part of an ongoing legal dispute with conservative commentator Candice Owens.

According to Owens, as mentioned in the Daily Mail, she is intensifying a legal battle by requesting that Mrs. Macron participate in a “third-party exam.”

“We are requiring Brigitte to have an examination conducted by an independent doctor. We are interested in her medical records,” Owens stated.

The lawsuit, consisting of 218 pages, was filed in a Delaware court by French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife, who allege that the First Lady has been the subject of defamatory claims.

As reported by Breitbart News, the couple took legal action in July, citing “substantial reputational damage” from what Owens repeatedly characterizes as “false” accusations from podcasters.

The Macrons describe these allegations as “quirky, at best, and far-fetched fiction” stemming from a podcast series that has garnered millions of listeners.

Mrs. Macron has stated her intention to submit photographic evidence to the court as part of the defamation case to prove her gender.

In a recent statement to the Daily Mail, Owens remarked that the U.S. legal system has requirements regarding evidence submitted to the court.

This isn’t France; Bridget and Emmanuel Macron can do as they like. Here in America, one cannot bypass discovery simply because they are a foreign leader upset with a podcaster’s exercise of free speech.

The legal discovery process cannot be sidestepped. The American court system isn’t a place where leaders can dictate terms.

Evidence must be verified independently, and during this process, Brigitte will have to undergo a third-party health examination.

Brietbart News noted in March 2024 that the Macron family dismissed Owens’ claims, equating them to beliefs in flat Earth theories, with President Macron branding them “false and fabricated” and expressing frustration over the situation.

The lawsuit filed in July included details such as Mrs. Macron’s birthdate, April 13, 1953, and images from her childhood and her first wedding in 1974.

Madame Macron, now 72, was born in Amiens, France, and has three children from a previous marriage.

This isn’t the first time the Macrons have sought legal recourse against rumors surrounding Brigitte’s gender.

In 2022, Mrs. Macron filed a formal complaint against freelance journalist Natacha Ray and self-proclaimed “medium” Amandin Roy after a public defamation incident in France.

The pair was found guilty by a French court in 2023 for their defamatory actions and were ultimately fined $2,600.
