Nearly 1.6 Million Unauthorized Migrants Have Recently Departed on Their Own

Trump Administration’s Immigration Policies Highlighted

During an episode of “Ingraham Angle” on Monday, discussions centered on the outcomes of the former administration’s strict approach to illegal immigration.

Homan noted that there have been reports of “almost 1.6 million illegal aliens.”

“Tom, if we think about it, I think your team has deported over 200,000 individuals now,” host Laura Ingraham remarked. “Months ago, it was just that number, 200,000. But considering there are about 30 million undocumented individuals in the U.S., it raises questions. How do we accelerate this deportation process? Is there an effort to bring in more staff?”

“We’ve deported more than 400,000 individuals through CBP and ICE since the current president took office. In these early months of the fiscal year, it seems like no progress has been made under Joe Biden, so we can’t really count it. The reason our borders are at their safest is not just due to the dedicated efforts of border patrol agents, but also because of President Trump’s initiatives and leadership,” Homan explained.

“A significant number of individuals have left,” he added. “Currently, there aren’t many people remaining. This situation aids in securing the borders. It was a part of the initial strategy to demonstrate that we are actively pursuing these individuals. With more flights and transportation, we can expect numbers to surge next year.”
