Navarro Claims Obama Negligent in Trump Election Conspiracy
During a special discussion on Breitbart Fight Club, Peter Navarro, a senior advisor for trade and manufacturing, asserted that President Barack Obama was negligent in a conspiracy to undermine Donald Trump’s 2016 election victory.
Navarro pointed out that Obama allowed the Crossfire Hurricane investigation to proceed. This inquiry, he claimed, originated from false opposition research by the Hillary Clinton campaign, which fueled the Russian Gate scandal. He suggested that it may have played a significant role in subsequent events.
“He was getting involved, really neck-deep in Crossfire Hurricane,” Navarro remarked to hosts Alex Marlow and Matt Boyle, pondering Obama’s level of involvement. “The real question is whether he was actually steering it.”
Navarro implicated both Obama and Clinton in what he sees as a negligent plan that plagued Trump’s initial term, leading to several arrests, including his own.
“They should both be investigated,” Navarro stated. “Sure, people might say that laws have changed, but under RICO, what happened here was indeed a conspiracy.”
The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act is designed to target organized crime, and Navarro believes it applies to Obama, Clinton, and others he mentioned, including former FBI director James Comey and agents Lisa Page and Peter Strozk, along with Adam Schiff.
“I faced incarceration alongside many who were pressured under RICO charges, and I think Obama, Clinton, Comey, Page, and Schiff should all face similar indictments,” he noted.
Recently, Comey was charged with making false statements and obstructing justice.
In a previous message to Breitbart News, Navarro criticized Walter Giardina, the agent who targeted him, suggesting he also belongs behind bars for his part in the alleged scheme.
“It wasn’t just a misguided investigation,” Navarro commented. “It was a facet of a weaponized justice system. Clinton’s opposition research was funneled through the FBI, which Giardina incorporated into a case file that hindered President Trump’s administration.”
Navarro’s book, I Went to Prison So You Don’t Need To: The Story of Love and Law on the Land of Trump, discusses his experiences and viewpoints.
