Lori Loughlin and Mosimo Giannulli’s Separation

The actress known from “Full House,” Lori Loughlin, is currently involved in a notable college admissions scandal tied to her husband, Mosimo Giannulli. After nearly 28 years of marriage, the couple is reportedly separated. Elizabeth, Loughlin’s president, mentioned that they are “on break from marriage,” but clarified that “there are no legal proceedings at this time.” They share two daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose Giannulli.

In February, Loughlin and Giannulli listed their extensive Hidden Hills mansion for $106.5 million. Interestingly, they purchased this property for $9.5 million in August 2020, shortly after gaining media attention due to the 2019 college admissions scandal involving their daughter.

Back in May 2020, both pleaded guilty to wire and mail fraud charges. They had allegedly made a $500,000 payment to assist their daughter’s admission to the University of Southern California. Loughlin received a two-month sentence in federal prison and was released in December 2020, while Giannulli was sentenced to five months that August.

Since then, Loughlin has made a return to her acting career, featuring in a spinoff called “When Hope Calls: A Country Christmas” in December 2021, and more recently in “Fall In Winter” alongside James Tupper in 2023, and in “Christmas Blessing” with Tupper and Jesse Hatch in November 2024.

However, the specific reasons for their separation and the circumstances surrounding it remain undisclosed.
