In a recent interview, Scott Pressler from the Early Voting Lawsuit emphasized that the main challenge for winning future elections lies in continuing to back Republicans.
Having dedicated considerable effort to voting in Pennsylvania over the years, Pressler pointed out that for the 2024 presidential election, the priority is to “bring in people who believe we can win.”
“We managed to overcome issues by increasing participation in the election. We secured the overall votes, the popularity contest, and all seven swing states, winning Pennsylvania by a margin of 120,000 votes,” he explained.
“Right now, we’re seen as a party with low engagement. This trend indicates that elections are less influenced by years with fewer votes and midterms. Of course, people turn out for Trump. But why? Pressler questioned.
“That’s why the initiatives at EarlyVoteAction.com are crucial. The litigation around early voting is essential for engaging voters,” he stated, sharing that about 30% of Christians aren’t registered to vote.
“In fact, 30% of hunters in Pennsylvania haven’t voted. We meet people at their homes, talk to female students, and engage with parents who are passionate about issues like school choice. It’s all about rebuilding the Republican Party to recognize the importance of their significant win during Trump’s landslide,” he underscored.
“There are no holidays here, and if you want President Trump to have a full four years in office instead of just two, it’s essential for everyone to show up in 2025.”
He concluded, “The efforts we’re putting in are vital for safeguarding President Trump’s legacy and ensuring he can lead effectively.”
