Nina Dobrev is treating her fans to a peek into her recent getaway. The actress, known for her role in “Vampire Diaries,” posted on Instagram about her trip to Paris for Fashion Week. The 36-year-old star included moments with well-known friends like Sophia Bush, capturing the sights and enjoying local cuisine.

“Not the main event but the magic in between 💫,” she wrote in her post. One picture features Dobrev in a black one-piece swimsuit, relaxing in a sauna-like setting with her hair wrapped in a white towel, playfully flashing a peace sign at the camera.

Her followers quickly filled the comments with supportive messages. One commented, “You look better without him,” while others noted how much Dobrev seemed to thrive after her breakup, with one fan even drawing a parallel between her Paris adventures and the storyline of a popular show.

Dobrev had announced her engagement to Olympic gold medalist Shaun White in October 2024, but by September 2025, reports surfaced confirming that they had ended their engagement. Interestingly, Dobrev previously shared that the decision was mutual, made with love and respect.

It’s unclear when exactly the couple began dating, but they were first spotted together in early 2020 and official on social media by May that year, with Dobrev sharing a lighthearted photo of herself cutting White’s hair.

Two years later, they made their public debut at the “Top Gun: Maverick” premiere. Before their split, Dobrev had expressed they were in no rush to plan a wedding, emphasizing the importance of savoring their engagement period.

“We’re engaged at the moment and just enjoying being at that stage,” she explained, reflecting on the fleeting nature of engagement compared to other relationship stages. “I want to really enjoy the process and not rush it.”
